There should be clans or groups that members can make or join and they have a special forum where they can talk as a "clan" and it should their clan in private profile and stuff.

This is a good idea.

However, I have done the research on it, and there are systems available for me to integrate into our forum that would allow "clans/groups", however, all of these systems have been found to be majority flawed security wise, in a way that would allow any "smart" member to change a little bit of code and/or a cookie and be able to change themselves into any usergroup they want (i.e. administrator). So at this time, I regret to inform you all, we will not be having the clan system.
