All posts must follow the rules to count in this contest. 3. Only high-quality posts will be counted in the contest. 4. All posts will be checked by the staff. 5. The prize will be delivered via PayPal only. (If you are the winner, contact me via PM if you can't accept PayPal and we will try to work something out.) 6. PTF Staff cannot participate in this contest. The following are considered staff: Administrator, Assistant to the Administrator, Mega Moderator, Moderator. 7.
