Default The Perfect Human

Anyone else notice the sharp increase of prescription drugs on television? What a dumb question...but, I had to start it off somehow. Anyway, I heard a little something about the FDA having some laws deregulated, now pharmaceutical companies can throw damn near anything and everything they want on the market...I just don't understand how people fall for this shit. Every few months there's a new medicine law suit for dying patients (dangerous ratio) using the same drugs on the television. One in modern society would wonder how in the hell people ever lived without their drugs it seems...and do these people need all of these drugs? Probably not...I'm sure lots of people need lots of drugs, yes, but 26 different types that all serve the same purpose? I'm confused...Even worse are the psychological drugs. I personally know how easy it is to legally acquire them. Since when has it been so bad to have natural human flaws instead of driving for ultimate perfection through mind/personality altering drugs?

unfortunately alot Americans tend to be spoiled brats protected from making mistakes and medicated to the ceiling by the government and pharmaceutical companies. Luckily for me I was brought up in a home that allowed me to learn from my mistakes and didn't prevent me from becoming a complex logical reasoning being able to show restraint.

So it's hard to get basic pain relievers? That's a little sucky. We don't want to be utterly reliant on them, but for people with persistent headaches and migraines, it's a good thing to have.

Other cases are similar: depression caused by imbalances in the brain, for instance, or severe health problems.

What we should do is use natural plants and food to take care of these things. Whenever you hear about someone living to age 130 or so and still being healthy, they say they've never had any synthetic drugs or crappy food. Believe it or not, the reason life exists today isn't because early civilization engineered chemicals to take the place of ordinary bodily functions but because they could find what they needed raw in nature.

Like cannabis.

Decriminalize. End the "war on drugs". Stop the hypocritical stance on what drugs Americans can and cannot take. My body, my mind, my decision.
