Things such as the extra kidney, the appendix, and other small organs that we don't need anymore can be considered proof of evolution. We may have needed them at one point, but now have out grown they're uses.

I see. I agree, that's what I was saying with the kidney example.

Good job turning this into an evolution thread.

Not really. They just tossed it back and forth, and now I'm going to post and by the time they read my post, which won't be long but will be tedious because of this sentence right here that you are reading now, with your eyes, or perhaps someone is reading this to you because you are blind but enjoy forums, they will have forgotten all about that and will continue discussing organ donation.

Me? I say leave it. Check or leave the box, it doesn't make the difference, and I have yet to meet someone too lazy to check a damn box when they are getting their license. I would personally donate organs just because I don't need them after I die and someone else might. If you have reasons against it, don't check the box. However, organ donation, Indieover, occurs typically after death. Selling your own organs, even if you don't need them, should be optional but not encouraged (we shouldn't have people selling off their kidneys just for the hell of it).

I hope this was tedious enough.

Even if we can manage with one, we still have them and they usually work.

We will see proof of evolution in the future if the world is ever to flood. Will humans adapt to water?

One donor could potentially save several lives and improve quite a few more. I don't think it should be mandatory but there needs to be more education about how it could help and what really happens when you die. If people realized all that goes on in a traditional burial, it might help eliminate the squeamish factor.

my view on organ donation is I am completely against it. as I came to know most of our organs are not used for transplantation but instead they are used for some research and most organ accepting organisations are only using those organs for their business, they sell the organs for a good price and making good money out of it. so if you think your organ is gonna help some one else after your death, then you must re think. it may not
