what we do shouldnt matter. i dont see how smoking marijuana is worse than beer, something that physically and mentally impares us. you have to alter ingredients to make beer and with marijuana you just pick it like cotton.

Theres one sure way to avoid being arrested, jail and prison.

Dont break the law.

Those laws are there for a reason, to keep us safe at night.

I know someone who smoked some marijauna once and I'm sure thats the cause of any thing wrong that happens in his life. Whenever he does anything stupid, I just say, well he smoked that marijuana once.

Its either that or he doesnt believe in little baby Jesus.

Here in Massachusetts, we had a proposition about decriminalizing marijuana. So as of January 1st, if you are caught with an ounce or under, you only pay a 100 dollar fine.

same here in Texas. if you have an ounce or less and they catch you the cop might just give you a ticket or just confiscate it. it's not considered a lot to distribute. it's almost like a joint, one ounce. you think the law is worried about an ounce of marijuana?

Well before this they would put you in jail here for an ounce. Asshole cops in Massachusetts you see..

oh wait nevermind i confused an ounce for a gram. if you had less than a gram then they would just take it from you and crap. but an ounce is another story. an ounce is a lot bro. thats considered distribution.
