yes...i think it is normal to me....it is a job for a doctor to safe people without using their own judgment....if not....many people will die from the judgment of a doctor....because they will decide who lives or dies...maybe in this case all of you think..the doctor should let him die instead of saving him....how about you think like this....if your son or daughter is on the line...then the doctor that treated him/her had a conflict with you...and with the doctor's judgment....he think that..."i won't save him/her...because i hate his/her father"...do you want that?think again....

I dont see the picture very clearly, if he has some problem with his legs and I think he wont die out of it, but I see doctors are doing their best to do what they can, The picture looks quite normal to me.
