Do you think time travel will ever be possible? Please debate now!

I think it will eventually be made possible, at some point we should be able to do it... time is merely a measurement anyway.

I'm not trying to debate time travel here, I just want to discuss it, which is a change for me. Wouldn't time travel simultaneously prove and disprove fate? Isn't it scary to think that there's gazillioninfinite versions of us? If I think too much about this I won't be able to sleep tonight. I think this shit may terrify me. But it intrigues me.
I know nothing about how we'd make this work, but just imagine how ****ed up the world would get if we could time travel. Somebody hold me.

LOL, so true, so true. It would be so messed up, but it sounds so cool! Time travel will probably lead to idiots trying to change history, and when that happens, you get chaos.

I think time travel will happen, tell me why would anyone want to go back in time? I would rather go forward and see what is happening in the future. I suppose that poses other questions like what would happen if you went forward and came back and did the things you saw in the future and it wasn't you who discovered them first?

No. Never. Think about it, if people could travel back in time, we would have heard of stranger things happening. A group of British soldiers could have captured George Washington. A group of Navy SEALS could have rescued him. People could not time travel, or else we would know by now, wouldn't we? And anyway, if it did exist, it would only be held by the government or the military (or scientists) and would be deemed too dangerous to use. It wouldn't change our history, it would shape it, and we know that did not happen, for the most art. As for the future, we wouldn't go there and not into the past. Sadly, I'll have to say that it will never be that people will manipulate time.

There's more practical solutions than time travel. Like I don't know, learning from our mistakes. Although time travel is easier than that for most people. Oops.

A perfect world is called a utopia, and all utopias FAIL. Humans are meant to be flawed, and that's how its gonna stay.
