Ah yes, that age-old question. Which video company do you prefer? Personally, I prefer the Playstation Company. Nintendo has very few ideas that have nothing to do with creating dozens of Mario and Donkey Kong games, and most of the games have very poor story and gameplay. Super NES and NES were very good in their time (even though I was born in 1993 I know this firsthand) but the new systems are horrible. At least when Playstation makes a new console, it's a revolutionary one (such as the PSP, which beats the DS in most areas, and the PS3. Even the PS2!) The games also have more origionality. What does everyone else think about this?

Sony/Playstation for me.

When sony comes up with the motion sensor remote, i'll side with them. Nintendo was the classic and basic game company that ALL gaming spawned from. Don't start saying anything about the Odyssey and Atari either. Odyssey featured one game (Pong) and Atari wasn't even as close as successful as Nintendo. Nintendo all the way.
P.S- Anyone ever liked or watched Pokemon? Tough luck, it's assosciated with Nintendo...the worldwide craze assosciated with the best (in my opinion) gaming company ever. PSST! just to rub it in more, Nintendo's Zelda was voted "Best Game of All Time" this year (according to a poll that GameFaqs held, which boasted over 100k votes)! Beat Halo and the famed FFVII! Link owns Sephiroth anyday. ANYDAY! excuse me, i should shut up now.

I agree that the EARLY Zeldas were good, and yes, I like Nintendo classics. But after a while (like, in current times) it's all the same stuff. Mario kart 67. Donkey Kong 89. Wii sounds OK, but the games must be limited to tennis and such. I must go with the Playstation Company because the games have variation and gameplay. I'll side with Nintendo when it comes out with something with as much story and gameplay as GTA San Andreas.

i like playstation better bcuz nintendo didnt come out with anything that freat except for the WII but the wii isnt all that great the only thing good about it is the controller but the graphics suck unlike playstation 3 and xbox 360.

I agree that Zelda games are good. Especially the origional ones (A Link to the Past and all that). What swayed me is the fact that most Nintendo games have horrible gameplay, except for the remakes of the classics. Playstation has games like GTA and The Godfather, which have great gameplay. It's an opinion, though, I must say.

i like sony way better then nintendo.

Give Sony some credit, please. Just because they don't have that many classics like Mario doesn't mean the games are worthless.
