well that is really good information. and so it is better to use the pc cause we can use many things and many programs are compatible with pc but windows not all programs are compatible with it.

I think you mean it the other way around?

Of course you still have to pay an additional $150 and you end up running Windows anyway... It doesn't make much sense to buy a Mac if you're going to run Windows, because the only upside of a Mac is the software.

Parallels is a good alternative, but then you end up paying at least $300.

You can usually get PC equivalents on a Mac, but you have to be willing to fork over a lot of dough.

No, he means it the way he said it. There are ways to run osx on a PC now. (Not in a VM, actually RUN it on a PC).

I'm going with PC, because it's the only way I've ever known.

I've also heard that Hackintoshes (PC's running OSX) can be quite unstable, and you can't get any updates. I don't know how important that really is with Apple though. With Windows, most are just superfluous security updates.

well sorry, but i still prefer the pc. it is a matter of practicality, although the mac is really good, most of filipinos use the pc. so it is difficult if you have a different format around here. i think only big companies and a few individuals have mac around here. so pc is still practical.
