No real surprise here. Giuliani had quite poor showings and was expected by most to endorse McCain. This might be the boost McCain needs to move past perceived front-runner Mitt Romney.

Giuiliani's campaign was perhaps the worst campaign or one of them in quite some time. He chose to wait for Florida, while the candidates were winning other states. He wasn't going to win that state after the other results.

was he in presidential race. well i didn't know that. i hardly heard his name on the news to be on the presidential race. well i think you are correct that why do you have to waste your money when you know that you have no chance to win that race. wise move indeed to save money and energy.
