What do you guys think? I personally think people and businesses should be able to say what they want, but that's just me...

Merry Christmas doesn't work with Kwanza and Hanukkah and New Years and all the other holidays. =P

I think that too much effort is being used not to offend people who would not be offended anyway. I wouldn't be offended if I didn't celebrate Christmas and heard people saying "Merry Christmas". True, it leaves a lot of people out, but it should be up to the individual to decide which to use, not the law. I can see the whole idea of forcing businesses to use "Happy Holidays" but it takes their right of speech.
