well I don't go there, I think its better not to go there because I don't want to see Jesus every time on the same cross, as if he had been in the cross all his life and as if he never had a good time. If in the future someone places a laughing or dancing statue of Jesus then I may go there. Otherwise I wont definitely not.

You have actually made a good point there. Why is the statue always Jesus on a cross when in his life he was going through pain and then eventually dying. You make a good point there.

yes that was the same point I was making to almost everybody and no one actually give me the reason. probably someone answers that question here. why not churches place a laughing jesus statue?

Yes, I go to church but I must admit that I am more spiritual than religious. I go to Church mainly because it is where I feel at peace, where I am totally detached from the buzz of the outside world.

Re: Laughing Jesus, i guess it's just so hard to pray to a laughing Jesus. I mean, I don't think i can concentrate looking at a laughing Jesus.

Because arguably the single most important act of Christ on earth was to be killed on the cross.

well there is a conspiracy theory that he never died on the cross, but some people want to promote a great organisation out of jesus, so they lies to people many stupid stories about jesus which dint happen. And the conspiracy theory have proof while the thing which many belive dont have any since they are stories made up by some clever people.

Yeah, I go to this church on the beach, but we usually just end up swimming around in the ocean naked for a few hours and dancing around a bonfire, then we all do drugs and have unprotected sex together.

So its not really like a church, its more like a beach.

But yeah.
