Well, the church needs some donations to keep it alive. It can't just run itself.

I go to a pretty big church in my area. Every time at collection time, they tell you that if you don't want to pay, or if you need the money for yourself, please don't pay. We raised over 20 million this year for expansion.

Church bashing isn't attractive! The idea that a church is a place at all is not a Christian concept. The Church is all God's people. However, like anything say - "cyberspace" it has always been there, but humans have found a way to make a fortune from it. That's our way! We distort everything we have a part in. That is the reason why us ignorant, mislead, brainwashed, gulible believers believe:

"By Grace are ye saved through faith, not of works lest any man should boast"

I believe in seperation of church and state, but we do not have to seperate God and country.

Our laws are not so much based on biblical law as they are on general morality. Some things are just wrong!

Murder is wrong not because the bible says so it's just wrong to take someone else's life.

A church is a place to go to worship and be at peace its a good place to go if you are in pain!

ya well that was obvious you dont just ahve to go to a church home works fine for praise and worship.

well churches are not the plaqued to the society. it is the people themselves who makes their own teachings and rules that makes this world in turmoil. cause people have their own ideas on how to run a church or on what to believe they will just use the name of the church to pursue their own interest. which should not be the case. cause the church are meant to create peace and harmony. without church i think our world will be in bad state. well only selfish people will want to use the church for their own self interest.
