We've all heard that WalMart is the target of a class-action lawsuit representing some 2 million women, who claim they were denied promotion, and systematically underpaid compared to male employees with the same jobs. And the company's massive database bears this out. The super-store is likely to loose, and be ordered to pay out hundreds of millions of dollars, but with a budget of $18 billion for building new stores this year, any award in the lawsuit won't make a dent in their bottom line.

It seems like not having any room left to grow is a bigger problem for WalMart, at least from reading this article.
