I really can't support this or sympathize with these people. As foolish/ stupid as the emos are (which is a LOT), rioting against them only fuels their fire. What's so uncool about reasoning with people and providing instances/ inferential observational information that suggests their foolishness?

Funny that a blanket statement about a group of people is calling other people foolish...
Making blanket statements about people without having met each and everyone one of them is just silly. It's ignorant and renders whatever good points you made useless and detracts from your credibility.

Well I was about to say that same thing. I'll just merely elaborate on what gillibean said...

There's different branches of "emo," that goes along with the separate waves of emo. You got the emotional hardcore group, but then you got the tight pants/makeup/songs about girls. I really don't see how it's foolish to wear makeup and tight pants or listen to emotional hardcore. There will always be some dicks in EVERY group.

How can you be the leader of an imperial army if you accept other kinds of people?

I am willing in a very good mood to consider the possibility of plants having feelings objects? Not a chance in hell. Unless my plate starts speaking to me, I'm not concerned about the sexuality concerns of inanimate objects.

I doubt it. Besides, what isn't a blanket statement? Anything worth noting?

Yes, lots. Do you know the definition of a blanket statement right? Your response makes you look very ignorant and even less credible than before.

Saying the emo people you have met are annoying, etc is not a blanket statement. That's your personal experience. Saying christians ignore logic and science is a blanket statement. Saying that, in my personal experience, the majority of christians stretch science and facts to fit what they believe is not a blanket statement, it's what I've observed with my own eyes.

Fair enough.

I'll reword my original post. ( feel free to call me a post whore for simply not editing it)

Because observation and experience with "emos"( consciously aware of all that comprises "emo") has led me to believe that they seem to have a general common philosophy that is in no way beneficial to them but actually, in most cases, counter-productive ( to their understanding), I am led to conclude that they are ignorant ( to at least a certain extent) in the method of forming their theories. My philosophy does not permit me to love willfully ignorant/ stupid people--nor even sympathize with them.

However, these types of actions on the other party's behalf only fuels the fire behind "emo" way of living, particularly the ever-common emotionally-based-over-passive types and the overly-hostile types.

Because I am, to a large extent, an advocate of pacifism, I cannot see the ultimate benefit of personal attacks ( verbal or physical) in comparison to reasoning with them as an alternative. Therefore, I do not support or sympathize with this other party despite my strong disliking for the typical "emo" and "emo" philosophy.

(Better?)
