No matter what that girl did on the internet to the other girls, she doesn't deserve that. It's just so sick how the one girl who was a "friend" invited her to her house only to get beat up, and they had two boys wait outside to make sure no one can come in and help her. Disgusting.

What do you think the punishment should be for the 8 teens? They can get up to life in prison (kidnapping). I think they should get a short sentence in jail followed by therapy. They need help.

It would depend on the ages and how badly they hurt the girl but they should lots of jailtime. At the absolute least, 5 years.

They gave her a bad concussion, knocked her out, and dumped her at a street corner. They say she could have died. Ages start at 14 y/o and go up.

You think 10 years? I mean, they are just teens. Even though it was a really terrible crime, I think they need help more than they need punishment. I was thinking maybe a few months + therapy.

10 years might be a bit harsh but they nearly killed her. They are plenty old enough to know the consequences of their actions, they did after make sure no one could come help her. 3 years is a bit more reasonable.

I think the punishment should be a long one, and have it include therapy while in prison. From what I've read, the girl can no longer hear out of one ear, and she suffered eye damage. I really don't think it should be a light sentence.

It's public record. It's not violating any laws or any YouTube rules. Why would they take it down?

'cause I am sorry, but I don't care what rules it isn't breaking, it does not need to be up on there. Why would they keep it? It is just giving them a bad rep with parents.
