Target doesn't need to do that because they already have the best prices.

Not true. Majority of the time Circuit City and Best Buy and Walmart have lower prices, lol.

I always find Target to have the lowest prices.

Besides, I thought this was between strictly wal-mart and target.

Well Walmart has the lower items usually on the stuff I like to get a Walmart DVD's, CD's (I know people still buy those) and well it's a tossup between both stores with games. Still don't know what's to argue though. Can't a person like both Target and Walmart?

I guess that's a possibility. I don't like wal-mart for a few reasons: -they are all dirty (at least here in Palm Beach County) -if you can even find a worker to help you, they don't speak english (again, I don't know about everywhere else, but Palm Beach County is basically a bi-lingual county now. It's turning into Miami. -All the rumors about worker's rights.
