I agree with you. Everyone as a positive and negative side of life. No one is 100% positive or negative. We all have a bit of good, and a bit of evil in us. Reminds me of the song When Bad Meets Evil.

I'm more of an optimist because I still think that it's always how we respond to challenges that happen in our lives that defines us.

Does anyone know a detailed website that actually fully defines the meanings of both of these. It would be intresting to read a full article on the whole subject. I don't know too much.

Nah, I'm a pessimist...lol

I mean, I'm not that seriously pessimistic, but its just sometimes hard to look at the bright side of things.

I'd actually call myself a realist, although many people see that as pessimism.

The Positive and negative are equally as powerful, like two rams butting heads, so I try to stay neutral and get out of the way....

Im like water, I provide resistance, but I also give way.....

Setting yourself up for failure, heartbreak, and dissapointment
Makes no sense to me
But I know whats going to happen....
And I know just how its going to end.....

Either way is good for me.....

I try to be open minded to everyone and respect everyone for being who they are, because you or I could have turned out that way......and thats just the way they are....I believe there is something to gain from all experience, as terrible as it may seem, something good will come from it, somewhere down the line, maybe not for you and me, but for someone in some way.....

You have to remember, that everything will always be alright....always.....no matter what happens, one day this will all be over, like it never happened, like we were never really here......

I am optimistic most of the time. But it is a battle becasue pessimistic thoughts are part of life as well.Pessimisism often is a self fulfilling prophecy , but I have to keep impossibile dreams grounded as well. I also tend to ignore pessimistic people if possibile. I always want to live with a dream and believe in something, I need it for energy to live . So optimism will always be my goal.
