hey im wondering what my fellow posters on here think about teachers having sex with young boys. you never seem to hear about men teachers having sex with young women and thats pretty much self explanitory because guys like big T&A's, and well some girls dont develop for the men to be drawn to them. but thats besides my point.

what im trying to get across is why do people think its taboo and why do others think not? a kid can get taken to court and tried as an adult for murder? look at the school shootings, those kids were tried as adults. so if a 15 year old can get life or a death penalty why not can another kid have sex with an older being.

i kinda look at it like i do the drinking age limit. if an 18 year old can buy a gun or go to war and kill someone why cant he drink a few beers every know and then. he's mature enough to be handling a gun but not a beer can?

one can only ponder the maturity of such a being under the influence would be my argument for the age limit or drinking. would you really want a gun welding 18 yo thats also drunk running around?

as far as you main focus of topic... i assume your refering to the tennessee teacher that was cause banging like 4 of her underage students... thats been all over the news lately... personally, its statutory rape, in other threads this has been gone over... a person does not have a mind of their own until 18, before then their parents are their mind.

Bullshit. At 18 you're just magically given the use of logic? Fuck that man. Kids now a days are much more mature then they have been at any other time in history and so we need to re-evaluate how old they really are.

I'm not saying that it's not wrong to have sex with underage children, the law is the law and it varies from state to state. Here in Michigan, you have to be 16 to be able to consent to sex...which I think is appropriate. And I think 18 is a good bench mark across the board for alcohol and military service...guns I suppose...but, that's a completely different subject, and with proper gun control laws shouldn't be a problem.

a common joke i heard a lot growing up from different guy friends of mine yanno what great about a 16 yo girl, put her in pigtails and she looks 12.. meaning age to consent is 16 but make her look younger and your set... this is the mindset of alot of adults, i wont even look at a girl under 18 but then agian age is hard to tell these days so maybe i have... its sad when you have to ask for id before you start dating a girl...

i dissagree with your first comment, i think they have always had the same maturity it just we percieved it differently in different time periods things were not morally or socially acceptable as they are these days...

my dad just recently told me a story about a friend of his in high school that used to get girls doing this....
he would take them out to the make out point, and he'd say this... now, one of two things are going to happen... a) your going to give it up and that be that, or b) your going to tell me no, and in that case im going back to school and telling everyone you did anyways. so you might as well just do it. the girl knowing that at that point in time her other peers at school wouldn't believe her, even though she was telling the truth.

i don't know about you, but thats pretty smart... i'd never have thought to try that when i was in high school, but that guy was taking advantage of his time period and how people reacted to things...

i think maturity as far as mental maturity goes is individually specific and a number such as age can't harbor whether one is mature or not.

I know you were, but thinking back to the people I knew when I was 18, and the 18 year olds I know now...I'm not sure if I like the idea that they could legally posses a gun. They're not all the most intelligent people.

See what you said? It's sad that you have to ask for an age now before you take a girl out...why is that? Because young people today are trying desperately to act older then they are, trying to seem more mature. The legal age needs to be raised to 21, not lowered. I think it's pretty obvious that current generations are not ( in general) responsible enough to deal with the privileges.

what i tried to get across is that why or how is it even possible that we can charge a 15 year old kid as an adult for murder but he cannot have sex. if he's mature enough to be considered an adult for murder why isnt he mature enough to have sex.

and back to what Hatchet said where were all these damn teachers when i was in high school. college now that was a different story. alot of young and horny females not much different from high school but you dont have to worry if the girl is underaged or not. hell even some of the professors i have had a fuck session with, but thats for a different thread.

the news media outlets say she arrived at parties wearing miniskirts and low cut blouses. picked up a student in his house and had sex with him in the car.

i know i have probably looked at an underage girl before becuase it is really hard nowadays to figure out their ages. with alot more younger girls wearing makeup at an earlier age and some girls developing younger too its sometimes difficult. and then girls like to lie about their ages aswell.

i remember when i was in junior high maybe 6th or 7th grade can't really remember.(i graduated in 03 at age 17, so do the math if you want) i believe i was 12 or 13 at the time when my GF, same age, looked like if she was in college. still to this day the biggest breasts of any of my GF's. and she was only 14 or so at that time.
