A man/woman age 19 has landed a job in one of the mall clothing stores. The store sells jeans, shirts, shoes and other accessories. The manager, who has been working there for ten years now age 33. The man/woman is enjoying the work and customers and sticking with it. Jobs are hard to find...job is paying well with commission on the shoes. 8 years have gone by... Man/woman is now age 27. So you getting a little older on the job, everyone does it. This Friday is payday,July 17th 2009. Employees usually receive the pay after their shift is over. There something added this time..a release of duty notice. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * This employee will find out the reason for termination...This store employs young folks to attract younger customers. I noticed in the athletic-type stores they have a change in employees. Knowing the job market is tough, folks will find a descent job and keep it. * This advertisement is only visible to guests. | I'd hate to get fired after eight years because I'm old. ![]() Keep this in mind: whether it be a rock or a grain of sand, in water, they both sink. -Oldboy |

I do not think it's right. It's tough to find work out here. There is no guarantee finding another job after being sacked. |

Even in an ailing economy young person stores are probably suffering as much as old person stores...I don't understand the reason people look for the wrong jobs...that's just the way our sick world works.

When you are looking for employment, the bills keep rolling in. No matter the type of job,it's a paycheck. If I was looking for work, the wrong job will be filled by me.If not, there are hundreds of folks applying.

| Yeah, you have to take what you can get, because in our society, you are born with nothing and have to work for what you need. ![]() Keep this in mind: whether it be a rock or a grain of sand, in water, they both sink. -Oldboy |
