So tell me, are rules really meant to be broken, or is it just something people made up and doesn't make the least bit of sense.

Personally, I think they are meant to be broken, because if rules weren't broken, we'd be living in a so-called 'utopia,' which would be really boing seeing as everyone is 'perfect.'

IF the rules are for the good of all people, then they should not be broken. Most rules should not be broken, but there are exceptions.

i think when breaking rules (which should be done) you must think using common sence....."is the rule im breaking make sense?" "does it go against my rights?" like rules in my school.....we got a new principal recently and shes horrible....girls cant wear skirts or flip flops and u can't have a hole in ur pants even if it's a dime sized hole by ur feet.....they make u wear shorts exposing even more skin...which dun make sense......

Definitely break them if it makes sense to.
I have a hard time thinking of rules that shouldn't be broken at any time. Even thou shall not kill can be broken and be reasonable.

We wouldn't live in a utopia if rules weren't broken. We'd live in an ignorant society which I guess is a utopia to some.

yeah I agree with the above. Every rule has a circumstance under which it can be broken. The only rule that i can think of that would never need to be broken is a rule against racism. there is absolutely no need for racism under any circumstances. Oh yeah or drunk driving. Thats bad too and has no reaon to ever be broken

Ok, I gotcha. I agree with your rules that shouldn't be broken. I wasn't thinking of rules like THAT (the racism one) but yeah... Race doesn't exist, neither does sex. Respect people. That's not really a rule though, but if it was it shouldn't be broken.

And drunk driving is actually a rule or law, so yeah. Ok. So I change my comment. There are some rules that shouldn't be broken but I'm sure you all see what kinds I mean.

there are no rules...these "rules" that you fear breaking are only in your mind...you follow along because thats whats expected of you and thats what you know, these "rules" should be broken not because you want to rebel but because without breaking them you will never expand your understanding

im not talking so much laws and commandments, but more so laws of the universe

If it is something big like killing someone, then no, it shouldn't be broken. But if someone cheats on a test than sure it wouldn't hurt to be broken, as long as it doesn't go out side the box where it will hurt people.
