***USE THIS IF YOU HAVE NO SUBSCRIBED THREADS***

1) Click "User CP" in the toolbar at the top.

*Now you should see all your NEW subscribed threads and the control panel sidebar at the left side of the page. [See Picture]



2) Click "Edit Options" in the "Control Panel Sidebar."

*Now you should see all the options that you've set, or their defaults. [See Picture]



YOUR DONE UNLESS YOU HAVE SUBSCRIBED THREADS! CONTINUE BELOW IF YOU HAVE SUBSCRIBED THREADS

***IF YOU ALREADY HAVE SUBSCRIBED THREADS CONTINUE HERE***

3) Look at the first picture again. Find "List Subscriptions," click it and it will redirect you to your Subscriptions. Delete all of them using the specialized menu at the bottom.

IF YOU GET EMAIL FROM THE ARCADE AND WANT TO FIX THAT, LOOK HERE!

1) Go to the arcade homepage.
2) Click "Your Settings" at the top.
3) Check "No" under "Receive Arcade-Notifications?"
4) Click "Update Settings."

And you're all done.
