I would like to see members start using the reputation system more. In fact, it has only been used once.

It is a really good system, designed to thank users for their useful posts and tell users when you don't like their posts. It also allows me to see very easily who is being good and bad.

Here is how to do it:

Under every post by a user, there is a set of small icons with various functions. Click the one that looks like a scale to add or take away from a user's reputation. If you like the post, you choose the I approve option. If you dislike it, click the disapprove button, then click Add to Reputation, as shown in the image below.



Users CAN NOT, see who gives them reputation (but I can), however, even if you don't like someone's post, you can say what you need to say in a polite manner. Also, don't get offended if you receive a negative reputation. (However, you should let me know if you get any comments that would be breaking the rules).

So I hope you all will start using the reputation system!
