PTF already has the capability to embed YouTube and Google Videos into posts, however, it requires manual code placement which can become bothersome and hard to remember to do. Now, all you have to do is copy and paste the URL from the address bar (not the embed code the service gives you) and it will be embedded. This will not affect previously posted videos, only newly posted videos. In addition, this now covers more services than just YouTube and Google, including MySpace.

We are working on this, however, keep in mind that some services' videos will not embed without a www. at the beginning of the URL.

i just made a thread with embedded videos on it and now the video i put up is gone...uh...whats up with that?

Hmm. That's strange. Did you have a "www." to start it off? it should work with that.

when i first made it, it was before you made this thread, and all i did was click that youtube thing so it made *[* youtube *]* *[/youtube*]*boxes and now i can't edit the post so...im not sure
