Discussion should end July 25th (my birthday, by the way ) to allow for nomination and voting for next month's movie.

MotM... Ooooh, movie of the month! Of course! Do you guys have any idea how long that took me to figure out? like, the whole day. I'm sorry, my mind is just at its lowest right now. So anyway.

Did everyone in the movie club watch Transformers? I dont want to post any spoilers.

What you just said is probably more interesting than whatever conversation will go on in here.

I saw it.

Alright, so what are your thoughts on the movie, and what/who would you like to see added to the sequel. My only real complaint with the movie is I wish the Decepticons had more lines.

I'm just gonna make this really public for those of you who miss the point.

Me and Justin aren't upset with you idiots because our movie didn't win. Here's why I'm upset about the Movie Club thus far (and I'm sure Justin will feel the same way):

Because this is a Movie Club, not Digital Media. But this is being treated like so (example: Johnwhatever simply just saying he saw it and contributing nothing in terms of discussion). Instead of picking a movie that warrants discussion, you people simply picked a movie you like. That's not what Movie Clubs are for. That's what Digital Media's for. There is no academic or artistic merit in Transformers. Let me explain this to you all. A movie club is used to discuss movies in a more in depth way than usual. You guys didn't have to join it or agree to make it, but you did, which means you are expected to behave accordingly. But you aren't. In any respectable movie club, Transformers wouldn't have been an option at all. I don't expect movie snobbery/expertise but I expect more than this. And I'm not gonna get it so **** keeping me as the Movie Club leader. I don't want to be seen as the leader of something that has failed this fast already.

And really, to all of you who are scared of negativity because I picked on your little mindless movie, **** off.

Edit: I posted this and didn't know Jonny posted before me but my points still stand.
