Re: NFL Week 9 Sunday, November 2 Denver vs. Detroit...DET still have this delusion that they're a 10-win team. I beg to differ. 28th-rank D, all pass no run. San Francisco vs. Atlanta...Here's hoping A.Smith returns to form. Cincinnati vs. Buffalo...Palmer/Ocho/TJ-Housh just too much for Bills D; Bills likely start Losman.
Carolina vs. Tennessee...I love the Panthers, but timeshare RB situation scares me. Green Bay vs. Kansas City...Shhh, but the Pack are 6-1, and playing great football; 3rd-fewest points against in NFC. San Diego vs. Minnesota...Shhh, but with a KC loss and Chargers win, SD will be BACK leading the AFC West.
Jacksonville vs. New Orleans...Can an 0-4 start = division title? In the NFC South it can. Washington vs. NY Jets...Lesser of two sucks; at least WSH has D.
Arizona vs. Tampa Bay...Look for Mr. Garcia to run wild; Cards will lose 3 straight.
Seattle vs. Cleveland...Browns competing for AFC North title...never thought I'd say that; D.Anderson is a tank. New England vs. Indianapolis...Probably the only team in the NFL that would make me bet against the Colts; Indy D is improved, but not good enough.
Houston vs. Oakland...HOU depending on Dayne at HB, Rosenfelds at QB.. does not equal Green/Shaub.. Raiders in a romp. Dallas vs. Philadelphia...Philly D doing enough to win, O not keeping up; DAL has too many weapons and good enough D. Monday, November 5
Baltimore vs. Pittsburgh...Are the Ravens falling apart? Let's hope not. Still, Steel-town moves to 6-2.
