TOOL is one of my favorite bands. They are absolutely amazing. Their live show is unreal. The music and the lyrics, the drums, bass, guitar and vocals, are one entity. Like a single celled organism with different functions. TOOL is a cell, and Danny, Adam, Justin, and Maynard are membrane bound organelles, each performs a specific function in the cell. The nucleus contains the DNA, and the albums are mRNA, making an exact replica of the original cell.....

No one compares to TOOL.....no one......

Me again. I still think that in threads about bands, examples of songs is a good way to brighten up the forum. Here we go...get ready to be confused and weirded out...


Don't ask me why the background for this one is the cover art for 10,000 days. This is off of Aenema, the one with the naked contortionist and the eyeballs. Fast forward a few minutes if the percussion intro bores you.

Tool is awesome
They are something completely different from any other band
Plus they have an amazing bassist
