R.A. The Rugged Man is a rapper from Long Island, New York. He did a song with Biggie called "Cunt Renaissance" and afterwards when interviewed about Rugged Mans skills Biggie is quoted as saying "I thought I was the illest". he's been signed to a couple of major labels but never had anything work out for him really. he also was institutionalized as mentally ill for a little bit but now he's back and rapping again! i put a couple of his songs up on the music videos thread go check em out.
