The thing is. I am too scared to. I never have showed them to anyone. I write them love them. Then when I wake up the next day. I read them and they sound crap to me. I have problems.

this is why you must show them to other people you will be a much harder critique on urself than others will... so give us a chance u'll be suprised im sure.

I have so many bars as well. On this new computer I must have like 800-1000. I am starting a new song soon. I am going to try and get myself to post them. I want to record them and listen to them first.

you could just post the lyrics if your to shy...

I will think about it. However it will be a while until I have finished this song. I have not yet started. I will not post any already completed lyrics. However I will think about the next.

I know how you feel though. I'm writing a book and when I write I look at it and mostly think it's a load of shit but I've gotten some great reactions to my stuff when I showed them to other people. Sure, I still look at it like it's crap most of the time but the positivity helped urge me on to keep doing it.

Every now and then you gotta put yourself in check by releasing things to the public...

Yeah, same here (except I haven't written any lyrics yet). You think it'll be good, whether it's some form of poetry or a story, then you look at it the next day and it sounds all awkward and terrible, but if you change it around long enough, it'll be ready for us public people to read.

Well I haven't been writting recently that much. However I have come up with an unique type of music that I would like to experiment witha and try out. I will keep you guys and gals updated.
