In the hypothetical situation that you are an MMA professional in the UFC or otherwise, which would you find more satisfying: a knockout or a submission?

(This question was posed to Joe 'Daddy' Stevenson on Off The Record today)

KO! UFC is soooooo much better when the guy just friggin' annihilates the opponent with a knock out!

I kind of find submissions more satisfying. I loved watching Royce Gracie annihilate people twice his size because he was so amazing. But then again a good K-O is nice as well.

I always felt like it would be more satisfying to make a guy tap out. Anybody (as we've plainly seen in both boxing and MMA) can catch you with a lucky punch and knock somebody out. There's no such thing as a "lucky submission".
