Norwegian Translations

Open up character map, click on the character you want, and in the bottom right it will tell you the keystroke for said character.

Well, it's a Norwegian letter, such as ø and æ. It's on the keyboard, so unless you want to go all the way to Norway and by one yourself (keyboard), I can't help you...
I'm sure you can download those three letters some way though

Å is pronounced kind of like the A in "allways". A least when english people say allways

i have no idea about norwegian language. though i think you have a very beautiful language. it is really hard to add another language to learn . english is hard enough for me to learn and i am still learning to write with better grammar and express my self better in english.
