I don't play but you answered my question... I was wondering if anybody still plays counterstrike.

I started playing Battlefield 2142. It's pretty similar but its set in the fuuuuuutuuuuureee..it's intense.

Maybe I should play THAT. I have this dream of playing a FPS where it's like World War 5 and you're pinned down by enemy fire but BAM, you turn on your jet pack and all of a sudden you're flying in the air shooting everyone! Then what's this? Someone else in the air too... AIR FIGHT!

lol there aren't any jet packs in 2142. There are planes you can fly however.

Play it from time to time. Never play it as much as I used to though.

Well, I still play the game alot. I hope there is another one coming out.

I'm sure there will be. It's the most popular online shooter ever, at least 1.6 was.

i used to play cs beta up to 1.4 then when steam came along... i stepped out of it.. "hate steam" i been considering getting source cuase i miss the gameplay of counter-strike and no other fps compares....

battlefield 2142 is pretty amazing tho i like the robots you can get in and drive around pretty awesome... but nothign compares to counter-strike.
