Well that's a happier ending.

not exactly she did attempt to make contact with me left pretty hateful voicemails that eventually lead to begging for her money back that then lead to her mother saying they had a lawyer and were going to press charges on me, and i never replied, they also made email attempts... i eventually changed my phone number but a year or two later, a friend of mines lawyer friend i asked him about the situation and he said there is nothing they can do, your name was on the account as was her fair and square it was as rightfully your money as it was hers. and if she did push it to go to court it wouldn't have mattered once u told them how she up and left and racked up the credit debt they wouldn't have awarded her anything.

Okay, THEN we have the happy ending. Not being sued is a happy ending to all stories.

ya, even if i had been sue'd i would have won... so still a happy ending.
