Credit Cards. I guess I will always try and stay away from them. All that about what happened after she died. I agree with who ever said what's wrong with the world these days.

Well it would be great to stay away from credit cards but you need credit in this world. Sad as it is, that's why I ended up getting a credit card. I use it to order tickets and stuff, or books and movies online, but I always have the money when I do.

i got rid of all my credit cars and i attain credit through vehicles.

I just PayPal.

I use other family members debit and credit cards to buy my things on the Internet. It is better then me having one myself.

Yeah well, if you get a credit card and aren't a knob about it, you can BUILD YOUR CREDIT, so you can get something. If you get it through a different way, then that's fine though too.

i was smart about the credit cards i had when i was younger, a girl i was with at the time and planned to married when we split she maxed them out before i knew she had even left... came home from work to a empty pad with a note saying she was gone for good... pretty fucked, by the time i called the credit companies it was too late, and since she was a authorized user on my cards they wouldn't consider it stolen and take off the charges... so once i got them paid off i canceled them and will never go the credit card route again.

That's rough...and that should have counted as stealing your money. If you could have found her you might have won a case in court over it.

i got her back without the courts... see we had a shared bank account i called and had a hold put on it so that the following week when my paycheck got deposited she couldn't take it... so the following week i went and got my paycheck and opened a new account, a few months later we both got a bonus check from work nearly 1k... i went ot my bank to deposit it and he said do you want to put it in just your account or yours and (insert ex g/f name here) i said wow i didn't know that account was still open... i told him to put it in my account and then asked for the balance of the other account, nearly 1200 bucks, i then went down the road to another bank and withdrew all the money form that account, went down to another bank and had it put into my account went home and paid off the credit cards end of story.
