Normally, to relieve myself from stress, I travel. But when I am on a tight budget, I would opt to spend the day at the park or the beach if I have enough time. Or, I just simply meet up with my boyfriend and bring the dogs to the park.

It's always good for me to go outside and get some fresh air when I'm stressed. Going to the gym is a great stress reliever for me, too. And sometimes I feel like I just need to take a nap to just forget about it all for a little while.

no wonder you have so many travel threads! anyway, i usually turn on the aircon and sleep it off. if the tiredness of my muscles won't go away, i would get a massage or in rare instances go watch a movie. after a nice romantic comedy, i would get out of the theatre really relaxed.

that is really good to have a massage. does your husband massage you or do you call for massage therapist. well i am lazy to have a massage. i really don't know if that is really helpful. i just post and i feel so relieve from my tensions.

hehehe no, my husband doesn't know how to massage. i have to go to the spa. but it is quite expensive to maintain, so i have come up with a way to have an exchange deal. i make their ads and instead of paying in cash, they pay in kind. hehehe

to releave my stress i generally go to my wife for a lil TLC time... and if she's not in the mood well a man has to do what a man has to do and if it means taking matters into my own hands then so be it.... and hey you asked!

Haha it's funny because I was gonna say the same thing basically. Only my girlfriend doesn't live around here so she's not really an option at this point.

And if it's not that, I find that walking with music on gives me peace to an extent.

well if for whatever reason i'm lazy or my wife wont give me tlc then i often hope on my motorcycle and go for a cruise and i usually bring the zune along... so i know what you mean it is relaxing.
