well yeah, it is expensive. my husband had to be with his brother and cousin in this venture. just imagine if a computer unit costs P18,000 x 10 units, that is already P180,000. but of course, you won't just settle with 10 units. then there's rent, salaries, and of course, the license of the programs. we only took over an existing cafe, so we didn't do a lot of work.

I used to have a computer shop too. I had to close because of stiff competition in the area. Rent is very expensive here in Baguio City especially in the central business district. I am planning to reopen but in La Union where my paternal grandmother owns some commercial buildings. I think it would be better to operate there considering that I won't have to worry about rent.

we are paying for rent, about P18k a month, or i think more, because the owner won't allow us to use just one unit. the previous owner used to occupy two units. but we can't afford yet to fill the other room with additional units. so we are paying the rent for the other side without any income from it.

Ooopps... That is not practical my friend... Have you considered looking for another space to occupy? I think you need to look for a less expensive space to rent. Otherwise, the rent would siphon off all the money from your business.

You own a Internet cafe? That's cool. Hmm I guess that would be a great job for me. Do you need workers? I have never been to a Internet cafe myself.

internet cafe's here in knoxville don't do so well, they usually end up shutting down, most poeple can fine a free wifi spot just about anywhere in town so the need for a cafe is almost null, however a gaming center here in town makes tons of money and basially what they offer is an environment were you can come and lan with lots of other people to play game over the net but sitting right next to your opponent or team mate. and they offer top of the line pc's for rent if you can't play the on your system, so you can either bring your own hardware or use theirs, they also have places to bring your wii or xbox 360 or ps3 so you can play on their huge lcd tv's they often have tournaments on different games and stuff, and this also keep cheating to a minimum considering they have poeple watching you all the time. its pretty cool.

actually at one of the events they caught a guy cheating and they unpluged his machine and litterally threw it out the front door onto the parkinglot broke his machine into alot of peices but when you come in there you sign paperwork saying if you get caught cheating this will happen... pretty rad place to hang out.
