My guess is somewhere around 700 or 750. Then the members will really start coming in because they know that a lot of other people are here.

This is the theory behind forums:

the more members you get, the faster you will grow. So the more you grow, you will start growing even faster!

Yeah that's true. Because people will start to notice "Hey.. there's a lot of people here.. [I wanna join...]" And then BAM... all of a sudden there's like an explosion of new people.

depends what you mean i think you could reach 1000 easily, but to reach 100 who actually participate would be hard considering theres only liek 10 people who contribute right now

I'm going to guess anywhere from 250 to 350 members by the end of 2007.

I bet we'll easily get to 1000+ in 10 months.

Yeah, that. I know I don't contribute much but that's because there's not a lot here that really interests me. I want to like the forum- mainly because I haven't posted at a decent forum since Infinite- but I only ever see a few threads I wanna post in. I didn't come here for a little while and it had over 1000 new posts so I thought "awesome!" but only a few of them were in threads I like. And forums become a drag when you constantly have to make threads yourself just to be entertained. So that's why I'm not posting up a storm.

I wouldn't even post in a thread like this normally, because these are a waste of time. But this isn't nearly as bad as "What's your age!" (I don't know if there's a thread like that here) because it offers absolutely no option for decent conversation
