I try to get at least 8 hours of sleep each night. I never succeed. Usually I end up getting a crappy amount like 4-6. It's not very good at all.

The wierd thing for me, the more hours of sleep I get the more tired I am when I wake up, and when I get like 3 or 4 'm not tired at all when I wake up.

i need at least 8 hours of sleep everyday. less than that will make me feel less energetic and more than that will give me a headache.

ya that's b/c ur body like completly shuts down a decent nights sleep in my eyes is 7-9 hours.....woot....

if I sleep more than 8 hours I get a headache....so i get about 6 hours of sleep on a school day and 8 hours on a weekend...or sometimes 6 if i go to sleep at 2am...

yes i do have head aches when i over sleep. i just sleep 8 hours a day. and that is enough already for me. most people will sleep less than that.

I never really stay up late, Its the fact I have have to wake up at like 5:00 on school days. So I usually only get around 6 hours of sleep now a days.
