i gained so much weight since i got married. right now, i feel the worse! my tummy feels so bloated. but i still keep on eating, even though my food is not yet digested. and to make matters worse, i don't move, i just keep on in front of my pc...sigh, i wanna be depressed and eat some more.

me too i have a bloated stomach now. i have gained so much weight. ha ha. from 114 pounds to 140 lbs. yeah , that is how heavy i am now. though i am 5 6 in height. though i would not say that i am obese for my height.

hahaha you have gained more than me. i gained around 20 lbs, but only 14 during the marriage. i used to weigh only 94 lbs. now i am up to 110. but i am only 4'10", so i look like a ball! hehehe

Try going on a bike ride once in a while. Or go to the gym. Get moving somehow. And try to eat healthier (whole grains, veggies, fruit, fish).

oh yeah, not, huh. biking...hmmm....i am not sure if my husband still has his old bike here. but yeah, i think i can do biking around here. although we live in a commercial district, i think i can do it at night where there are not so many cars around
