Do work out? Specify if it is at the gym, at home, outside, etc.

I try to work out almost every day. I work out at my local gym then I go for a run outside around my neighborhood.

I have a bunch of weights in the basement, so I use those. It's one of those big machines with the pulley system linked to the weights so you can excorsize multiple muscles. You know, that thing. (Pretends that what I just said wasnt vague in the least)

Lol. It doesn't sound like you enjoy it then. I, on the other hand, enjoy working out. It's fun and it keeps you in shape.

I broke a rib and my radial head ( a bone in the elbow ) this summer in a bike crash. So I go to the gym every other day for the weights. I've put about 150 miles on my bike since the accident, and will be using it a lot more as the weather improves, so the way I see it, the more muscle I can build up around my ribs, the safer they are. Also walk about two miles home every day from work.

my woking out is usually in the weight room or playing basketball
