well i don't exercise. i am really a lazy person. but i think i will want to have a healthy lifestyle . i want to tone my body too like others.

Yeah. My main problem with life is that Guitar Addiction is in better physical condition than I am. Well, he can run long distances, at any rate. Miles more than I can. I'm pretty sure I'm stronger otherwise.

I have never worked out. It is funny this topic as been made actually. I was starting to do some weight lifting with a massive tub of glue at like 3:00 am this morning. I got bored. Whats the best way to get muscles in your arms?

Not if it starts leaking.

There's a shitload of exercises for every muscle. You just need to do a little research and come up with a routine that you like.

lol.. ya i work my fingers out everyday on the pc.... i walk alot at work so i consider that my workout...

but seriously i been trying to run on the treadmill at home at least 20 mins a day, but that lasted about a week and i stopped... im just lazy.

about the only time I work out is at gym class...........and everyday where I go from ground floor to 3rd floor in my school (its how my scheduel works Dx)

my right leg hurts now....when i lean forward....so i kinda limp around a bit now lol

I'm so used to not running that when we did a lot of running in baseball, which wasn't even a lot, both my shins felt like they were bruised, like someone had just kicked them. Weird.
