No I didn't mean that kids are the enemy, I simply meant that the party involved in making the bomb threat would get what they wanted by getting school canceled. Bomb sniffing dogs would easily defeat any teenager's attempt at an IED, so it would be safe to have school as long as the school was searched the day before, no bags were allowed the next day, and students were checked.
