Default Vantage Point

this was an amazing film... i have to say at first i found it frustrating to follow, it often left me going what the hell is going on... but then it all came together nicely at the end... i really enjoyed this movie kept me on the edge of my seat, i don't want to really spoil it for anyone so i'll just keep my mouth shut now.

Ha! I was just telling Obdurate that he needs to go see this! I just saw it tonight and it did take on an interesting, possibly new? approach. Not sure if it has been done before, but essentially they take one scene of an assassination of the President of the United States, and take you through different points of view for each character. They play one point of view, essentially rewind you back to the beginning of the whole ordeal, and let you see it in another perspective, with each time giving you a little bit more of what really happened.

Very innovative. I was a little disappointed at first because it did seem a tad... repetitive. But, they hit it hard at the end for it all to come together.

I also loved how the government was portrayed throughout the movie, especially the ending.
