So, this is a really great movie... a wikipedia plot summary:
The story concerns a man waking in a hotel room with no memory, which soon proves to be but one of many troubles. He is sought by police, who believe him to be a serial killer, and also by a group of mysterious men with psychokinetic powers. Furthermore, something appears to be wrong with the world at large: time, memory, and identity behave in unusual ways.

What's great is that it has subtle touches that really add a lot to the film. It uses really quick shots at the beginning while his mind is ****ed up and as time goes on the shots get longer, when he's more secure with himself.

So go watch it.

It sounds good, seems a little little like The Bourne Identity. I'll have to see it sometime.

Some of the acting feels wooden at times and the effects aren't amazing but it wasn't an incredibly high budget movie, and besides, it doesn't really bother me, because the plot/themes are so cool.

I think it came out around the same time as the Matrix as well. I think a lil before.

Edit: It's only like the Bourne Identity in the sense that he doesn't know who he is. That's about it.
