yeah i have a little laugh there. but i am not familiar with the tampon remover. so i don't actually understand the last part. i will going to read the meaning of that. so that i will be able to appreciate the story more.

Do those really exist? I thought it was just some imaginary thing to fit into the joke. And Indioever: it would be a device to remove tampons from the private area of a woman. Think about what would happen if a man used one?
