| Get the K1, not the K1m. The K1m is a piece of crap, because Verizon and Sprint put so many restrictions on their phones, its not even funny. The unlocked one would give you the most freedom, I would get that one. AJ

| Yeah, I've been with verizon, so now i'm wondering... which is better- T-mobile or cingular? Cuz i hear that cingular is really bad about roaming and its customer service is a pain in the ass. |

| I have had both and Cingular is the best by far. Customer service is great when I need them and they even waive certain fees for me if I ask them to. They have great coverage, I have never found a dead spot with them. T-mobile is good, but not as good as Cingular. If you are on a budget, T-mobile may be the choice for you, as they tend to be cheaper. AJ

a) Get the unlocked and pay an extra $200-350. b) Get the cingular phone, unlock it myself using UltimaBOX, [either stick with cingular for the duration of the contract or pay a hefty cancellation fee :\ ], THEN go with t-mobile I just don't really see a point in getting the unlocked version... It costs so much more and it's a bit of a hassle lol |

| No, Cingular does not have any roaming fees. Unlocked phones are great for some people, and for others, not so great. Get what is right for you. AJ

| Well I know one thing for sure.. "The network with the fewest dropped calls" is total bullshit. |

| I'd say it was true, they do have the fewest dropped calls. That doesnt mean they don't have dropped calls, jic you took that the wrong way.
