v3xx Cingular...because it is the newest, it has 3G, good camera, new p2k05 platform which means it's super fast and stable, and it looks cool. And Cingular has the best service.

I'm probably not going T-Mobile though, because their service here is TERRIBLE.

Here is how the Cingular-T-Mobile roaming agreement works:

Cingular has about 2x of it's own towers more than T-Mobile.

They have an agreement where Cingular can use all of T-Mobile's towers where T-Mobile can only use SOME of Cingular's older towers.

On top of that what makes Cingular's service so much better is that they use 2 bands for voice calling - 850 and 1900 mhz. T-Mobile only uses one- 1900. 850 is better at going through buildings than 1900, therefore you will ALWAYS get better service with Cingular than T-Mobile no matter where you are. OH and Cingular also has roaming agreements with almost every other GSM provider in the world.

In other words:

CINGULAR OWNS T-MOBILE.
