tomos st stalling/flooding problem

I rely on a Tomos ST moped for transportation to work and lately its been stalling. I'm not sure if it just keeps flooding but does anyone have advice to avoid these problems? It worked fine when i drove it to the location but it wouldn't start when i left. any comments are appreciated.
