the fan on my old FX5500 video card had one time found a way to fall out of its socket and land on the card under the gpu...there was some loud grinding that day...

Mine is not loud, but it's not silent. I like it SILENT when I sleep.

I have all my comps in one room....along with the webserver with its two 120mm fans. which are loud. my desktop has its own independant chasis cooling system, which means that if my desktop isnt running, the fans will be running, and vice versa. (pc on, cooling off)

its nearly silent if the chassis cooling is off cus the fans run at full 12v all the time

geezus what kinda websites you running? how many computers you have to need a cooling system for your desk?

oh no my desktop computer has the cooling system...cus the exhaust fan it came with doesnt fit the new case I got for it, so I had to make a whole new system for it out of PSU fans and old Celeron 400mhz fans
